Cancellations + Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments outside of 24 hours before the appointment. Clients may do this through the link in their appointment confirmation email that they received upon booking. If a client cancels within 24 hours of the session, full payment for that session is required. This policy is set in place to protect me and my time as a worker, thank you for your cooperation!
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and can't access the appointment information, please email me at info@evenhold.com.
No Call/No Show + Arriving Late
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session to assure there is enough time for bathroom, intake, and getting on the table. If you are running late, please reach out ASAP so I know to still expect you! Clients who arrive late will still receive bodywork, with lost time, and charged for the full session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no call/no show. All no call/no shows will be charged for the full session with the card on file. If you No Call/No Show twice, you will no longer be able to book with me.
Intake
When you book your appointment, you will receive a link to fill out the intake form. Please have this filled out the day before our appointment so that I have time to review what is happening in your body, what medications/supplements you are in, and currnet and past health conditions, and any current injuries. Please be as detailed as possible!

Before we do any hands-on work, we will have a conversation about your intake form, how your body is doing that day, if there is anything you want me to avoid in our session, and your goals for the session. I will briefly walk you through what our session will look like.

Your information is confidential. I will not share with any other person without your consent, including insurance company, health care provider, or lawyer. Please also keep in mind that I am a mandated reporter, meaning that anything shared with me that is indicative of abuse, I am required by law to report it.
